Do you love to travel?

I have been traveling for decades, over the years I have designed my life around my love of travel. Travel isn’t for everyone but I do recommend that everyone travel some in their life. That said I will give you the reasons I travel and why everyone should travel to some degree. I don’t mean just leave the house, I mean a new city or better yet a new country. Learn a new language in the process!

I suppose the first reason I travel is to live. Everyone has gotten too tied up in their lives of working forty plus hours a week. People have come down to work all week, take care of kids and family, shop, and watch television. Honestly, is that anyway to really live? Shouldn’t life be a bit more exciting and adventurous? It is this kind of life is why people end up divorced and unhappy, they forget how to live. They don’t remember what it is like to sit in a coffee shop and just talk with people while you relax. They don’t remember what it is like to explore a new place or try new things. Do you ever relax? Do you know how?

The second reason are the people. Where ever you live there are good and bad people. Some become great friends and some you will never see eye to eye with. One thing I have found about traveling is when you are in a new city, a new country people will often be very helpful. Some do it so they can practice their English. Some do it because they enjoy talking to people from other countries. Some do it because in that country and society being friendly is just part of the way they live. They can be a great help, teach you a lot about the country and tell you the places most tourist never find. I have enjoyed so many times sitting in a local pub just being lead to the hideaway places for food and fun only the locals know about and never tell the tourists.

I think the third reason I travel is that life is short. Life is really short, what you do with yours will depend on a lot of how you were raised but also what you dream of a great life has been over the years. To me, working forty plus hours a week and spending my time off waiting to go back to work isn’t living. I feel like I am just waiting around to die. I don’t live to work, I work to live. Some people think only the rich can work to live. The real truth is everyone can work to live, you just have to decide which is more important, repairing your home and all the material things you buy day after day, week after week, and year after year. All of which are losing value each day, slowly failing apart, and you can’t take with you when you die anyway or experiencing the world and what the world really is like instead of just what you hear on television. Personally, I choose the world and the great things in our history.

Don’t wait around to die anymore, get off your butt and go travel!!!!

Travel is one of life’s pleasures, enjoy it! Do you Travel? What are you missing if you don’t?

You Search For Cheap Flights

You see a flight to Orlando from California listed for less than $100. However, there are restrictions on most plane tickets which will influence the total ticket price. Some travel websites offer genuine low airfare and het there are those who say they offers low prices but when you get the bill there’re other charges that increase your final bill. It is hard to know what a real cheap air fare is and what is purely and illusion. Here are ea few things to think about.

When making cheap airfare reservations, be aware most will be non-refundable or non-transferable. There is no exchange of tickets once their purchased. You’ll discover occasional opportunities where you can apply a portion of your ticket to another trip, as long as you’re firm in your commitment the other flight. The exchange on the rebooking is usually one hundred dollars plus the remaining difference. It’s a good idea to be certain of your rights and the conditions at the time you buy the ticket.

In airline pricing, there are taxation components applied to the initial cost of your flight. There are numerous travel websites where you’ll see thing in plain language as you assemble your bill on screen. There are other travel sites and agents who will not disclose this extra until you’re about to pay for the ticket. These fees may be applied towards your credit card.

You should read every word on the screen or printed page, so that you’ll understand what the conditions are as you purchase of the ticket. You’ll then want to compare the offers between travel sites or agents. Just remember that when a deal looks too good it will generally prove too good to be true. For example, if you see a ticket price under a hundred dollars, be certain to check the sale conditions. You may actually be looking at the price of one-way fare.

It stands to reason that in order to get back home you’ll have to pay at least twice that much in order to travel to and from your holiday destination. A sixty nine dollars fare for example will probably come in at around one hundred and forty dollars.

The key to discovering cheap flights or discounted airfare is your ability to visit as many websites at a time as possible. As you do this, compare offerings. You’ll soon figure out which is the best for your needs. If you can be flexible on your departure dates you’ll definitely save cash that can be used on your vacation. You’ll find out more information at the following internet address-know-discount-airfare – website. This site will explain discount fares around the world including the Asia pacific region. If you keep these guidelines in your mind as you search for cheap flights, you will be aware of the dangers and pick your flight accordingly.
